We accept refund requests only within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this 24-hour window, no refunds will be issued.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship all orders using Chit Chats, which partners with a variety of postal carriers including Canada Post.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.

  • Preorder Items: Shipping timelines for preorder items will be listed on the respective product pages.

  • Destinations: We ship to all locations accessible by Canada Post and Chit Chats.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit or after delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address, size preference, or any order details, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form.

  • A clear description of the change you would like to make

Note: Changes cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed or shipped.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged due to a manufacturing defect, and not for damage caused by shipping or carrier handling.

  • Apparel Exchanges: Size exchanges are accepted for apparel items. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue, if applicable.
